Our small crew consists of fully trained and insured tree climbers and ground people. We have first-hand knowledge of the requirements for quick, efficient and safe tree removal and milling services.

We can provide proof of WCB coverage and liability insurance up to $5 million.

Rustic Roots Milling, Owner Operator

Born and raised in Saskatchewan, I've always had a love for our province's unique forestry and landscapes. I enjoy the outdoors, camping, as well as tinkering and hobby electronics.

Since I was young, I've always enjoyed working with my hands, creating and building things for myself.

When I decided to try woodworking as a hobby, I started out with a few small projects but quickly fell in love with the craft. Once I started making furniture for friends and family, I soon realized there is a great need for responsibly sourced lumber at affordable prices - especially here in Saskatchewan. Finding reclaimed lumber or already fallen trees that do not contribute to deforestation is important to me.

My desire to provide lumber for other hobbiests and furniture for those who share my passion is what inspired me to start Rustic Roots.
